The Hive Entrepreneur Network (HEN) offers strategic coaching services to its members designed to help CEOs become better leaders and rapidly grow their sales.
We focus on implementing a repeatable system that is designed to help companies refine and communicate their purpose, scale their digital marketing spend using a scientific unit economics-based process using LTV, APRU, Churn, and CAC metrics that provides positive return on investment, and systematize their inbound and outbound sales efforts. This process is particularly suited to SaaS and B2B companies. The result of this process if implemented properly is often adding an additional $10M to $25M per year to your company's top line revenue within 2-3 years.
Coaching is available to Hive Entrepreneur Network members as an added cost. Packages start at $10k per month. If you are interested in coaching please first apply to be a member and mention on your application you are interested in coaching.
